This very much depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Roughly speaking, a simple website with a handful of pages and features will take around 3-4 weeks, however more complex sites with features such as forms, blog, events, forums, login portals could grow from 2 - 12 months, depending on scope.

We provide ongoing maintenance services including updates, backups, security checks, and technical support to ensure your website runs smoothly.
This will depend what the website has been built in and if they align to our expertise (see HERE for the frameworks and programming languages we use). If we’re a good match then sure, we’d be happy to discuss working together.
We ask for 60% upfront, then a further 20% upon sign off of the final design and the remaining 20% when the build is complete and prior to launching your shiny new site!
This is a tricky one as it’s so dependant on the scope of the individual project. Once we have discussed your requirements in a little more detail we’ll be able to give you a rough estimate of what the cost could be. We agree a fixed cost with agreed milestone payments. Sure, we understand that from time to time it’s nice to pick up the phone. We begin all projects with a consultation call to make sure we’re a good match for each other. The project will then be managed via Trello however, if you feel the need to speak to us we’ll get on a call to touch base.
Good communication can be the make or break of a project and that’s why we make it one of our key priorities! We use Trello to manage all of our projects and communicate with clients. Our clients love how easy this is and how it allows for everything project related to be kept in one space.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
